Four breweries opened their doors in 1997 that are still in business today in the Tri-Cities region: Atomic Ale Brewpub & Eatery (Richland), Ice Harbor Brewing (Kennewick), Rattlesnake Mountain Brewing Company (Richland), and Snipes Mountain Brewery (Sunnyside). There are now over two dozen breweries and brewpubs in the Tri-Cities and other nearby communities combined.

The Bombing Range Brewing Company in Richland offers six different brews and serves food that includes nachos, mac & cheese, and pizza.
Ice Harbor Brewing
Ice Harbor Brewing in Kennewick "Makes beer so fresh - you'll have to slap it." They offer a variety of food and beers at their two locations in Kennewick.
Iconic Brewing in Richland brings craft brew, wine and a family-friendly outdoor gathering spot to Richland's Horn Rapids Industrial Park.
Moonshot Brewing in Kennewick makes six craft beers and has a food truck on-site every Friday. They also have a second location in downtown Richland.

Sage Brewing has a brewery in Pasco and a taproom in Kennewick. They offer six brews on tap. Their passion is beer, so they will leave the cooking up to others. - feel free to bring your own food!
White Bluffs Brewing
White Bluffs Brewing is located in the Richland Horn Rapids Business Center and has tank capacity to accommodate over 28 recipes for hand-crafted ales! Food is available from a local food truck on-site.

Hermiston Brewing Co.
Hermiston Brewing Company & Tap House was created when Nookie's Restaurant was expanded in 2013 to add a 7 1/2 barrel brewery where over 15 beers are produced in house and served daily. The brewery has an array of menu items that is sure to satisfy all who stop.
Milton-Freewater - Dragon's Gate Brewery
Dragon's Gate Brewery in Milton-Freewater makes small, artisanal, hand-crafted ales brewed 20 gallons at a time. They brew Belgian inspired and specialty style ales that are complex, full-bodied, and unfiltered.
Moses Lake - Ten Pin Brewing Co.
The Ten Pin Brewing Co. has become one of the areas most popular craft breweries. They produce six beers: The Brooklyn Blonde, Citrus Wheat, Deadwood IPA, Stone 8 Pale Ale, Snake Eye Stout, and Anchor Amber Ale. Their Deadwood IPA earned the Gold award at the 2014 Washington Beer Awards.
Pendleton - The Prodigal Son Brewery & Pub

Bale Breaker Brewing
Bale Breaker Brewing is located in the middle of the Loftus Ranch hop field no. 41 in the Moxee/Yakima area and produces four beers. Although they don't offer pub food, they encourage outside food to be brought in or pizza delivered to their taproom.

Brewery Tours - Walla Walla
Walla Walla Brews Cruise offers tours around the Walla Walla region where you will learn more about the process of brewing beers and crafting cider, with a guided discussion of varying styles of alcohol, and what makes each partner that we visit unique. Our standard bus tour's average length is four hours but may vary depending on the itinerary. You get to taste various samples at each brewery location.
There are several taphouses in the Tri-Cities that offer a variety of local and regional microbrews and craft beers. Several of the taphouses serve food and all allow growler fills. This section also lists a couple of retail outlets in the Tri-Cities that sell a variety of bottled beer.
Copper Top Tap House and Growler Fills
Copper Top Tap House and Growler Fills is located at 5453 Ridgeline Drive Suite 110 in Kennewick and features 40 rotating taps with a variety of beers from the Pacific Northwest, as well as a selection of wine and hard cider. Flight Tap & Table is a taphouse, located at the corner of Swift Blvd. and George Washington Way in Richland, that features 44 taps of craft beer from all over the Pacific Northwest. In addition, flights of various foods are offered on the menu and there are more than 30 TVs for watching games.

Yoke's Fresh Market is a grocery store chain that tends toward the high end, in both quality and price. There's some refridgerated shelves featuring micro and import singles, and a walk-in cooler for 6-packs, half-racks and cases of micro and macro options. They do stock beer from local breweries.

Tri-Cities: Three Rivers Craft Brews & Bacon Fest - February
The annual Craft Brews & Bacon Festival takes place in February at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick. The festival includes microbrew tasting and live entertainment, with complimentary food provided by area restaurants and caterers, who will each be competing for the best bacon dish of the night. Wine also will be available.
Dayton: Blue Mountain Brix & Brew - March
The Blue Mountain Brix & Brew in Dayton features a beer and wine social with a benefit silent auction. This live & silent auction supports the operating costs for the Dayton Chamber of Commerce.
Kiwanis Summer Kickoff Beer and Wine Fest (Milton-Freewater, OR) - May
Milton-Freewater Kiwanis is working on our annual beer and wine fest fundraiser.
This fundraiser will be an opportunity for attendees to sample beer, wine, and cider from local brewers and vintners; indulge in the abundance of food offered by local food vendors; jam out to some live local music; all while enjoying yard games and entertainment with friends and family. Admission includes a souvenir sampling glass and 10 tickets.
Prosser Bottles, Brews, BBQ - June 9 & 10, 2023
Bottles Brews Barbecues is a daylong festival in beautiful Prosser, Washington celebrating good food, local craft beers and wines. This event is part of the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association Circuit where the winner qualifies for entry into the National Contest in Tennessee. Join us in the heart of Vintner's Village from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. for fun, food, music, beverages and more! All proceeds from this event go to Prosser Memorial Health Foundation.

Moxee Hop Festival - August 3-5, 2023
The East Valley Community Enhancement Association and the City of Moxee sponsor the annual three day Moxee Hop Festival during August that has become a great local tradition to celebrate the Harvesting of the Hop. Events include live music, beer garden, food and craft vendors, breakfast in the park, kids games, and the coronation of the Hop Festival Royalty candidates.
Yakima Fresh Hop Ale Festival - October 7, 2023
At the annual Fresh Hop Ale Festival, you can expect over 3,000 enthusiastic aficionados of both fine craft beer and Allied Arts having a marvelous time in downtown Yakima. All proceeds benefit Allied Arts of Yakima.

Are you interested in pursuing a career in the craft beer industry? The Craft Brewing Program at Central Washington University (CWU) is offering a four-year craft brewing degree.
The craft brewing bachelor of science degree prepares graduates for careers in brewing production, quality assurance, brewery management, beer merchandising, distribution, brewing technology, packaging, safety, sanitation, sensory evaluation, and entrepreneurship.
You can also earn a Certificate in Craft Brewing from Central Washington University. This program is offered as part of CWU's Continuation Education Program and is a one-year program with classes involving biochemistry, microbiology, technology, and business of craft brewing.
American Hop Museum - Toppenish
